Limited Edition Fine Art Print Panel
Nr. Forcalquier, France, May 2017
In the summer of 2017 I took my campervan for a road trip down to the South of France and into Italy - this is one of the images from this trip taken during a roadside stop for lunch and shows an olive grove in Provence and some striking poppies. You can just make out a large cherry tree in the background - Provence is wonderful!I
Fine Art Prints
I make my prints using a cotton-based watercolour paper that emphasises the subtle colours and textures of the grasses, bark and other natural elements in the scene. The resulting print is quite unlike a normal "photographic" print as it is matt, highly textured and has a distinct "painterly" look.
Prints are signed, numbered and dated in pencil on the back. There is a 1/2" white border around the print to facilitate mounting and framing.
Fine Art Panel
To make a Fine Art Panel I bond the print onto a 10mm rigid black board with small spacers to make the panel stand-out from the wall. The panel is delevered ready to hang.
